School Foundations

National PTA by-laws prevent expenditures in some areas of need for our public schools.

Over the years, parents at many GUSD schools have created 501(c)3 nonprofit foundations in order to do flexible fundraising and create innovative funding partnerships that benefit their school site’s unique needs.

These foundations are operated completely by volunteer parents who volunteer their time, talent, and expertise.
